1. The service Enatingal provides a branded client management and automation platform, along with related support and services, as agreed with each client individually.
2. Subscriptions and payment Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
3. Your responsibilities You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the platform, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for how your own team and clients use the system under your account.
4. Acceptable use You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited spam, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other users.
